Shadakshari is an experienced entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Agamin Group, where he leads initiatives focused on creating sustainable, tech-enabled solutions with a strong emphasis on healthcare and social impact. With over two decades of experience in the technology sector, his career has been shaped by a consistent commitment to building collaborative teams and delivering practical, user-centered solutions. He believes in applying innovation to address real-world problems in a way that supports both business and community growth.

With a strong interest in building organizations that contribute meaningfully to people’s lives, he is currently focused on scaling Agamin Group to drive positive change in areas that matter. A product enthusiast and analyst at heart, Shadakshari has contributed to several impactful healthcare technology projects. Over the years, he has built expertise in product and program delivery, customer experience, stakeholder value creation, and team development—skills he continues to strengthen through ongoing learning and collaboration.

He had the privilege of serving as the Charter President of the Rotary E-Club of Mysuru Center—the first e-club in Rotary District 3181—where he helped pioneer digital engagement in Rotary’s service mission. He also serves as the Secretary of Anurag Seva Trust, an organization committed to community welfare. Deeply passionate about social causes, Shadakshari remains actively involved in rural education, healthcare, entrepreneurship, and job creation—areas he continues to support with dedication and purpose.

In addition to his business and social commitments, he is a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Karnataka State Council for 2025–26, where he contributes to strategic discussions aimed at fostering regional industrial development and inclusive growth.
